By visiting samet-teacher.com ("the Site"), you accept the terms below. The Site is operated by Samet Emin Akarçay ("Samet Teacher") to present his English lesson services.

Scope of the Site

The Site is a static page presenting lesson packages, their content, and contact information. No online purchase, payment, or account signup happens on the Site. Choosing a package, confirming pricing, scheduling, and payment all happen through a direct WhatsApp conversation started from the Site's buttons.

Pricing and content information

Packages, prices, and lesson content shown on the Site are for information purposes and may change. The current, confirmed details are agreed in the WhatsApp conversation.

Scheduling and cancellation

Lesson/intro-call scheduling and any changes are handled together over WhatsApp or by phone. A lesson can be rescheduled or cancelled provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the lesson time, via WhatsApp or by phone.

Intellectual property

All text, images, design, and brand elements on the Site (including the Samet Teacher name and logo) belong to Samet Emin Akarçay. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Samet Teacher is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those platforms; each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Samet Teacher is not liable for any loss arising from decisions made based on the Site's content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of Turkey have jurisdiction over any dispute.
